January Update
Official Board Update: Looking Ahead to 2026
Following our recent efforts to hold the 2026 Board Election, we are moving forward with a stable and committed leadership team. While we did not reach a quorum for a new election, the Board consulted with legal counsel to ensure the continued smooth operation of Bristol Court.
Per our attorney’s guidance and Arizona law, the current Board will remain in a "Holdover" status to maintain consistent management of our community. We will continue in this capacity until the next scheduled election in November 2026.
We are also very pleased to announce that Jane Knust has been added to the Board by unanimous approval to fill a vacancy. Jane brings a fresh perspective to our team, and we are grateful for her willingness to serve. Please join us in welcoming her!
